Jen is a third-generation entrepreneur living in Austin, Texas. She started her career at PwC. While there, Jen taught herself how to code. Then, she won a national award for her CPA scores and used her success to land a private equity real estate job. She saw massive inefficiencies in commercial real estate and knew that she wanted to start a business. Many people tried to stand in her way. Jen was often told that she was “too ambitious” and “not good enough.” Once she tuned out the negativity and began forging her own path, Jen never looked back. She exited CREx Software, the startup she cofounded, in August 2023. Then, she launched All About CRE to close the gap in education between techies and commercial real estate. She’s currently the VP of Partnerships and Strategic Initiatives at Grace Hill.
